prduce Again is an ugly situation and again I ask for help on behalf of those affected. Florentina Mora and her husband bought a house in Cala Tuent (Soller) to dedicate a restaurant. Paid for it at the time fifty million pesetas. The house was build in 1920. The Coastal Authority ordered the demolition and asked more than 370,000 euros to pay for it.
This morning I learned that the demolition started , I got stopped in September with a judicial remedy. I have requested the Minister the annulment of a ministerial order 2001 by ordering the demolition (was signed by Jaime Matas as a minister, you know the news for what he did in fact this man) and the grant provided by the law of costs as compensation for the deprivation of property . In both cases I have asked the interim suspension.

today in the Balearic Islands Coastal Authority is to commence the demolition of a house owned by Florentina Mora Castañer, Cala Tuent. The demolition order was issued in 2001 by the then Minister Jaime Matas.
The interested party is requested to the Minister the annulment of the Order because it was delivered to defense. Has also requested from the Director General of the Coast Sustainability granting Provision First transitory, first paragraph, of the law of costs, because the property is documented before the first law of ports 1880, placing it in a position similar to the cases mentioned in the first paragraph of the transitional provision ( citizens ruled in her favor declaring private property within the public domain.) In both cases you have requested, giving reasons, the interim suspension of the demolition.
In December 2008 there was a similar situation with the demolition of a house located in Pontevedra and Aboal family property. At that time the family applied for the grant of the first transitional provision, first paragraph, of the law of costs and view of this, the Administration suspended an impending demolition. There is no reason for you not to act now in the same way.
Please URGENT Issue instructions to the Balearic Islands Coastal Authority to suspend the demolition until the Minister does not render a decision on the request for revocation concerned and until the Director General did not do the same in relation to the grant requested .
